The gummy texture is honestly the best part—chewy but not sticky, and the elderberry and zinc combo makes me feel like I’ve got a shield up during cold season. I’ve missed zero doses this month because it’s genuinely pleasant to take.

I’ve been taking these after meals and the zinc plus vitamin D3 combo is a solid daily boost—no aftertaste, which surprised me since most gummies get that weird chalky finish. The elderberry makes it taste more like candy than a supplement, so I actually remember to take them.

Echinacea and elderberry in the same gummy is exactly what I was hoping for, and the vitamin D3 is a nice bonus since I barely see the sun in winter. The texture is chewy without being sticky, so I actually remember to take them every morning.
