蘋果醋 + 纖維果凍點心

I was skeptical about getting my daily fibre and ACV in a jelly form, but the 4g per pouch makes it stupidly easy to hit my target. The apple cider vinegar taste is there but not overpowering, so it works as a guilt-free 3pm pick-me-up.

The texture is way more pleasant than I expected for a vinegar snack, and the 4 grams of fibre actually keeps me full between meals. I've been grabbing one pouch after lunch instead of reaching for something sugary, and it's become a weirdly satisfying little ritual.

Happy to have this as something I can grab quickly instead of making a shake. The 4 grams of fiber is what I really feel in the afternoon, though the apple cider vinegar taste does take a second to get used to. Digestive-wise, it’s been working fine for my belly.
