ของว่างน้ำตาลน้อยที่เราชอบพร้อมประโยชน์
These things are my new desk staple. I'm honestly surprised how much fibre you get from one little gummy snack, and the veggie blend means I don't feel bad about skipping a salad.
I started eating these as a mid-afternoon snack to get more greens in, and honestly the 12 grams of fiber keeps me full until dinner without that heavy feeling. The vegetable blend is noticeable but not overpowering, which surprised me given the broccoli and spinach in there.
The texture is a bit chewier than I thought it'd be, but that actually makes them feel more like a real snack than a vitamin. I keep a pouch at my desk and it's a surprisingly easy way to sneak in the 12 grams of fibre without thinking about it.
