Been taking these after my morning coffee for two months now, and the 5 mg lutein per gummy is easy to remember since it's just one chew. My eyes don't feel as strained after long workdays staring at screens, which is exactly what I hoped for.

My optometrist suggested I add lutein to my routine, and these gummies are the easiest way I've found to get it. The 5 mg dose per gummy is perfect, and I've noticed my eyes don't feel as strained after long days in front of the computer.
