Harper ★★★★★

Took these a couple nights ago when I was feeling backed up, and by morning things were moving without any cramping or drama. The 25 mg per gummy is a solid, gentle dose that did exactly what it promised. One gummy was enough for me, which I appreciated.

Lily ★★★★★

The 25 mg dose per gummy is clearly labeled, which I appreciated since I was nervous about trying a laxative. Took one after dinner, and the relief came on gently the next morning without any cramping. Exactly the short-term help I needed before my trip.

Hannah ★★★★★

These worked within a few hours, and honestly the relief was more gentle than what I’ve tried before. I like that each gummy packs 25 mg of senna extract, so I only needed one to get things moving without any cramping.
