Eplecidereddik + Fiber Gelésnacks

I was skeptical about a jelly snack doing any real work, but these have become part of my afternoon routine. The 4 grams of fiber actually keep me full until dinner, and the vinegar taste is surprisingly mellow.

The texture is like a firm gummy, not too sweet, and I actually look forward to it after lunch—doesn't feel like a chore. Getting 4 grams of fiber plus the vinegar kick in one tiny pouch is the easiest way I've found to keep things regular without chugging anything gross.

I was skeptical about getting my daily fibre and ACV in a jelly form, but the 4g per pouch makes it stupidly easy to hit my target. The apple cider vinegar taste is there but not overpowering, so it works as a guilt-free 3pm pick-me-up.
