Kreatin

Three grams of monohydrate per gummy serving makes tracking effortless—two of these and I know exactly what I'm getting, no scooping or mixing required. They taste decent enough that I actually remember to take them daily, and my strength has been creeping up steadily over the past month.

Been taking these before workouts for about a month now, and the 3 g of creatine monohydrate per gummy is surprisingly convenient compared to mixing powder. They're easy to chew and don't leave that gritty aftertaste I hated. My gym sessions feel a bit more consistent, which is all I was hoping for.

The texture is way better than choking down powder — chewy but not sticky, and I actually remember to take it since it’s part of my snack routine. Noticed my last few reps in the gym feel less like a grind, which is exactly what I needed.
