Hazel V. ★★★★★

My iron levels were in the low-normal range, so I switched to these gummies and after a month I actually feel less wiped out by mid-afternoon. The 9 mg dose is easy on my stomach, and I like that B12 and biotin are packed in with it.

Claire T. ★★★★★

I’ve been taking these for three weeks and the 9 mg of iron per gummy is easy on my stomach—no nausea like with pills. The energy lift is subtle but real, and I actually remember to take them because they’re part of my morning routine now.

Harper H. ★★★★★

The gummies are surprisingly easy to stomach compared to the pills I used to choke down—no aftertaste at all. After two months of taking the 9 mg dose with B12 and biotin, my afternoon energy slump is noticeably less brutal.
