Emma ★★★★★

Halfway through a long ride I was starting to fade, but this gel turned things around without any sugar crash afterward. The glucose-to-fructose mix kept me steady for the last hour, and the texture went down smooth even when I was breathing hard.

Richard ★★★★★

The 100-calorie pouch is perfect—easy to stash in my running belt and the 24g of carbs hit right around mile 8 when I usually fade. The texture is smooth, not too thick, and I didn't get that heavy feeling in my stomach on the next few kilometers.

Scarlett ★★★★★

Halfway through my long ride I hit that wall where everything gets heavy, and this gel actually pulled me through without the jittery crash I get from others. The 1:0.8 glucose-to-fructose mix seems to do the trick—energy came on steady and lasted longer than the usual quick spike. Texture is smooth
