Fell asleep faster than I do at home—the lemon balm and L-theanine combo really does the trick. Tossed the bag in my carry-on and didn't even need a glass of water to get them down. These are now a permanent part of my travel kit.

Took these on a work trip and actually got solid sleep in a hotel bed that usually has me staring at the ceiling. The lemon balm and melatonin combo did the trick without any groggy feeling the next morning, and I love that they're sugar-free so no guilt before bed.

Fell asleep on a redeye before we even hit cruising altitude — these little gummies actually work. No weird aftertaste either, which is rare for a sleep supplement.
